Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
To be eligible to apply, candidates must have:
✔ Ayurvedic: Regular BAMS degree from a university recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).
✔ Homeopathy: Regular BHMS degree from a university recognized by the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH).
✔ Unani: Regular BUMS degree from a university recognized by NCISM.
Age Limit
✔ Minimum Age: 21 years
✔ Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 01 January 2025)
Age Relaxation:
5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Women candidates as per Government norms.
Salary / Honorarium
✔ Fixed Monthly Honorarium: ₹36,200/- (consolidated / contractual)
This is a fixed contractual payment — benefits and allowances follow NHM MP norms.
Selection Process
📌 Selection is generally based on:
✔ Merit & eligibility criteria (qualifications, registration, etc.)
✔ 10% weightage for AYUSH doctors with valid COVID-19 field experience (minimum 89 days with certificates)
✔ No separate written test in many cases — merit list or interview can be used depending on official notification wording.
