Eligibility: The BHEL Project Engineer / Supervisor Recruitment 2026″ is seeking experienced candidates in the Fixed Tenure Basis to be posted at their project sites anywhere in India. This is a great opportunity for engineering graduates and diploma holders to be part of one of India’s biggest engineering and manufacturing firm.

The recruitment process is to hire 20 (modified through Addendum) for the position of Project Engineers and Project Supervisors. Candidates who are selected will be posted in locations such as Bengaluru, Khavda (in Gujarat) and Bikaner (Rajasthan). The consolidated emoluments for the position of Engineer are very attractive and will be around Rs 1,00,000/‐ per month at the minimum level. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Project Engineer (FTA Gr I):
  • Full-time B.E./B.Tech or Post Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science (or related field).
  • Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST).
• Project Supervisor (FTA Gr III):
  • Diploma in Engineering in relevant branch (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical) for Supervisor roles.
  • For Safety supervisors: Diploma plus safety certification (NEBOSH/IOSH/OHSAS/Industrial Safety).

Experience Requirements

• Project Engineer: Minimum 5 years relevant experience post qualification.
• Project Supervisor: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in installation/commissioning of Solar PV systems, Power Plants or similar projects.

Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)

• Project Engineer: Max 35 years
• Project Supervisor: Max 32 years
• Age relaxation applies as per Govt. norms:
  • SC/ST: +5 years
  • OBC (NCL): +3 years
  • PWD + Ex-Servicemen: As per rules.

Salary & Benefits

Consolidated Remuneration

• Project Engineer (FTA Gr I):
  • Year 1: ₹95,000/month
  • Year 2: ₹1,00,000/month
• Project Supervisor (FTA Gr III):
  • Year 1: ₹45,000/month
  • Year 2: ₹48,000/month
